Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply to ShipRadar at shipradar.tech: the website, the Ask chat and the MCP server used from AI assistants. By using ShipRadar you agree to them.
The service
ShipRadar describes how fintech apps work (screens, flows, features, and for some accounts backend endpoints), based on analysis of the apps' public release builds. It is research material. It may be incomplete or out of date, and "not found" means not found in the analysed build, not that a company does not offer something. Do not rely on it as the only basis for important decisions.
Accounts
- You sign in with Google (personal accounts) or your company's single sign-on (company accounts), or use an API key we issue to you.
- Keep your API keys and sign-in secure, and do not share them outside your organisation. You are responsible for usage under your account.
- Company accounts are set up with the company. The company is the customer and decides who may use it.
Usage, limits and billing
- Usage of the MCP server is counted per account. A billable call is a successful tool call. Failed calls and checking your own usage are not billed.
- Accounts may have a monthly limit. When it is reached, further calls are refused until the next month or until the limit is raised.
- Prices and payment terms are agreed with you or your company separately. Usage is measured from our records, which you can check at any time with the
my_usagetool.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload or try to break the service, or try to access other accounts' data.
- Do not use material from ShipRadar to attack, defraud or harm the companies described or their customers. Backend information is provided only to approved accounts, for research and product work.
- Do not resell access or redistribute ShipRadar's content in bulk without our written agreement.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service at risk. You can stop using ShipRadar at any time.
No warranty and limitation of liability
ShipRadar is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the material. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Trademarks
App and company names belong to their owners. ShipRadar is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell signed-in customers about significant changes before they take effect.
